Recent comment widget are the part of the tools and the different kinds of the techniques Recently I have posted about How can you Remove Navbar with it in your blog, and also a post about some basics . Here's another widget to be added on your blog, which shows the posts where recent comments have been made.and easily some steps are:
1.Log in to your Blogger account.
2.Then go to Layout -> Add a Gadget -> HTML/Javascript.
Now copy and paste this code in to the widget:
